Becoming HERA faithful step at a timeHome

Privacy Policy

Your words and your story matter. Here is what we save, what stays on your device, and what you can choose to share.

Becoming HER is led by Alicia Montoya and operated by Passive Income Lifestyles LLC at hopefuldeclarations.com.

What stays on your device

Your private journal notes and declaration audio recordings stay in your browser on your device. We do not upload those notes or audio files to our servers. A record that you completed a declaration can still be saved to your account.

Preview entries stay in that browser too. Local notes and audio do not sync to another device. Clearing browser data, changing browsers, or losing your device may remove them. Keep your own copy of anything you want to keep.

What we save in your account

Our hosted backend, Lovable Cloud, stores your account email, profile, journey progress, preferences and saved activity. Signed-in gratitude entries and saved Sisterhood message drafts are also stored with your account. They are different from the device-only private journal.

If you request community access, we save your request and the membership details you give us, such as your Skool profile. We use these to check access and help with support. If billing is available, we may save subscription status and billing reference numbers. Payment details are handled by the payment provider.

How we use and protect data

We use account data to keep you signed in, save your progress, check membership and answer support requests. We do not sell your private journal notes or recordings.

We use access controls to protect account data. No website or device is fully secure. Use a strong password and take care when using a shared device. Signing out does not erase local notes or recordings.

Sharing is your choice

We never automatically post your journals, recordings, gratitude or message drafts to Skool. You choose what to copy or share. Prayer Board posts are visible to other members who can use that board, so only post what you want them to read.

Skool and Stripe handle data under their own privacy policies. Our shop and other linked websites may have separate policies too. Opening an outside link does not send your private notes or recordings to it.

Browser storage and service records

We use browser storage to support sign-in, your display choices, local drafts and preview progress. Hosting and support services may keep technical records, such as page requests, device details, IP addresses and errors, to run and protect the service.

Your choices and requests

You can use the account export option to keep a copy of your saved account data. Device-only notes and recordings must be kept separately. To ask for access, a correction or account deletion, contact support@hopefuldeclarations.com. We may need to confirm that the account is yours.

We keep account data as needed to provide the service. Some records may need to remain for billing, safety or legal reasons. Deleting an account does not clear your browser storage or cancel a separate Skool or Stripe subscription. Cancel through the provider as described in our Terms.

Children, wellbeing and policy updates

This program is for adults and is not intended for children under 18. It offers faith-based learning and gentle wellness practices, not medical advice or therapy. Do not use it to send urgent health or crisis requests.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above shows when this version starts. Questions about privacy? Write to support@hopefuldeclarations.com.
