Becoming HER is a faith-based, 60-day program with Scripture, reflections, declarations and gentle wellness practices. The Skool community is optional. By using the site or app, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

This program is for adults age 18 and older. The 60-day journey is a learning path, not a promise of a specific result or a subscription end date.

Our content is for learning, encouragement and personal reflection. It is not medical advice, mental health care, therapy, diagnosis or treatment. Alicia Montoya and Becoming HER do not act as your doctor or therapist through this program.

Speaking declarations, praying or following a practice does not promise a cure or a health outcome. Talk with a qualified health professional about your care. Do not stop treatment or delay getting help because of something in the program. For an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Use accurate account details and keep your password safe. Do not share your sign-in or try to access another person's account.

Private journal notes and declaration audio stay in your browser on your device. Clearing that browser may remove them. Account progress, signed-in gratitude entries and saved Sisterhood drafts are stored with your account in Lovable Cloud. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

You keep ownership of your own words and recordings. Saving or posting content gives us permission to handle it only as needed to provide the feature you choose. Nothing is automatically posted to Skool.

Read the offer and payment details before joining. A page marked Opening soon does not offer live checkout. These terms do not open checkout or change any current member's access.

If you buy a recurring subscription, it renews under the schedule and price shown when you join until you cancel. Completing the 60-day program does not cancel a subscription.

For a Skool membership, manage or cancel it in Skool through your membership billing settings. For an app subscription paid through Stripe, use the Stripe billing portal through Manage billing when it is available in your account. If you cannot find the right option, contact support@hopefuldeclarations.com for help.

Cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next charge. Cancellation normally keeps access through your paid period. Included app access follows your verified active community membership and does not require a second paid app subscription. Any refund terms shown at purchase and your rights under local law still apply. Cancellation does not by itself promise a refund.

Treat others with care. Do not post threats, harassment, spam, unlawful content or someone else's private information. Only share content you have the right to share. Prayer Board posts can be read by other members with board access.

We may remove harmful posts or limit access when needed to protect members or follow the law. Skool has its own community rules and terms. The community is not an emergency or crisis service.

Program materials are for your own personal use. Do not sell, copy for distribution or present them as your own. Bible translations and linked resources may have their own copyright rules. Respect those rules too.

We link to services such as Skool, Stripe and the shop. Their own terms apply to what you do there. We do not control outside sites or promise that they will always be available.

We work to keep the app helpful and available, but errors, outages and changes can happen. Keep your own copies of important local notes and recordings. We do not promise uninterrupted service or specific personal results.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by service interruptions or lost device data. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law gives you.
